The Family Medical Practice would like to inform ALL patients that their Named GP at the practice is Dr S.S.A.H. Shahbazi.
Dr Shahbazi has overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to all patients.
This does not prevent you from seeing the GP of your choice.
You can make appointments with any GP at the practice, but it is necessary to advise that on some occasions you may need to wait longer than 48 hours to see the GP of your choice.
Emergency appointments will be with the available GP.
You do not need to take any further action with regards to Named GP, but if you have any questions please contact the practice manager.
