Patient Survey
Evidence from the last patient survey indicates that patients may not understand the difference between urgent access to any GP and routine access to a particular GP. Please remember, we are usually able to accommodate patients within 48 hours where they will see ANY GP, you may have to wait longer if you request to see a particular GP.
