Practice nurses
Julie Crossley
Julie qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1983 and then as a Midwife in 1985. She began working in General Practice in 1995 and holds diplomas in Diabetes, Asthma, COPD and Heart Disease. Julie is a Nurse Prescriber which allows her to prescribe many different medicines for a variety of conditions. Julie is also able to see patients with minor conditions and ailments as a Nurse Practitioner which is a valuable asset to the practice.

Health Care Assistant:
Helen Cooper is our Health Care Assistant and Receptionist. Many of our patients will already know Helen as she previously worked at Golborne Late Night Chemist for some considerable time. Helen is working along side the practice nurse to offer services such as New Patient Medicals, NHS health checks and Lifestyle guidance, ECG recording, Contraceptive Pill checks, 24 hour Blood Pressure Monitoring, Dementia,Annual reviews for Hypertension, Arthritis, and Learning Disability. Helen will be delivering some of our FLU VACCINES this coming October. Please contact reception to book an appointment with Helen and for the full list of the appointments she provides.

Mrs Moya Kirk
Practice Manager since September 2011, Moya been in NHS general practice since 1993. She is responsible for the business side of the Practice and is happy to help patients as and when necessary.
Ms Angela Bramhall
Assistant Practice Manager
Angela has been with the practice for several years now, she is a valued member of staff with special responsibility for the Reception area and the staffing.
Mrs Diane Guidice
Receptionist
Diane joined the practice in 2009 and is a valuable member of the practice team.
She is a highly skilled receptionist and plays an important part in the practice, dealing with the patients needs.
Mrs Irene Notton
Administrator/Receptionist
Irene joined the practice in January 2014 when Mrs Val Frith retired.
Irene has a wealth of knowledge as she has been a practice manager for over 20 years with her previous practice.
Kimberly Clements
Kim joined the practice in August 2016 and has become a valued and experienced member of the practice team. She covers all aspects of the reception work and is always ready to help our patients.
